Rostekhnadzor’s licenses
To operate a hazardous production facility in Russia officially, you need to obtain a special license from the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (abbreviated Rostekhnadzor).
To obtain this license, the following must be done:

- Pre-Certification training and Certification of top-managers and specialists on industrial safety rules, etc.
